I decided to take the path of risk, and use the WP 2.5 nightly builds from now on – ok, not refreshing every day, but quite frequently. In the case my blog dies a flaming death, I will be sad, but I don’t think it will happen, I trust the good people working on the code.
So far, I like the new dashboard look, although there are some weird things, like texts sliding over each other, but those are just small glitches.
The only thing that really is inconvenient is the fact that everything that was on the side until now has been moved below the post editing area. I hope there will be – or there is – a way to put the category select and such back where it was. I hate scrolling down so much.
