The week of the offline

This entry is part 6 of 8 in the series Moving UK

The last week were a bit hectic. A lot happened which made me to be less active on anywhere.

* As of last Friday I became unemployed.
* On the same Friday I got a mail from a former boss who invited me to work on a short project for him.
* On Saturday, I suddenly became 33.
* I was continuing my hunt for the Holy Grail – i.e. a new job.

So that was it. No wonder I was not really spending too much time on Twitter (which is down most of the time anyway), or Plurk (which starts to replace Twitter for me) or Flicrk (still owing some uploads from my last visit to Bulgaria).
I was busy elsewhere. Now, posting on the blog was another thing I skipped, so I will have to write about the thing that annoyed me last week – why I like LinkedIn and why I think Xing is useless.
